About Us

The Baldwin Manor was built in 2004 as a family residence. The Manor was then remodeled and established as a Boutique Bed & Breakfast, and events venue, in 2023 by Alley Baldwin, an award winning and accomplished international architect who specialized in luxury five-star resorts as evident in her accomplishment in the building of the St Regis Resort, Bermuda and the Royal Portfolio's Silo Hotel, Cape Town, South Africa.  

The Baldwin Manor is stunningly situated on Wheeler Lake with magnificent panoramic views of the water. 

Many call it a hidden marvel, tucked away, down a country road in Northern Alabama, on the Tennessee River.  The area is teaming with birdlife and the fishing opportunities are endless.  

Come and savor the comforts of this luxurious establishment, with stylish furniture, large windows of breathtaking views, and if you stay a night - indulge in our gourmet breakfasts of home cooked food with fresh Italian coffee, tea, juice and a complimentary mimosa. 

This Boutique Bed and Breakfast is a rare luxury offering an array of guest amenities: 

A beautiful lounge, lake room, business center, new jacuzzi, self-service laundry room, sport and fishing kayaks, bicycles, fishing poles, direct access to the lake via two separate docks, and of course on-site parking.  The garden has loungers and hammocks for those that simply want to enjoy a restful day outside in the fresh air. For those that want to bring their own boat, we can provide a charging station, boat lift.  There is a boat launching ramp less than a mile away at the campground resort known as Beyonder Getaway.
